Maxworks is a software engineering professional services provider. We specialize in; Java, Open Source Technologies, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Master Data Management and other advanced software engineering techniques. Our services employ lightweight frameworks, agile software development life cycles and automatic testing to develop custom applications and systems integrations. Our projects teams are smaller and consist of higher-level consultants with complementary specialties. Management Team

Robert Williams, Company President



Mr. Williams is the founder of Maxworks Inc. He has successfully directed Maxworks' strategic business planning, resources management and customer relations. He brings over 30 years of software engineering expertise in the government, financial and telecommunications industries. Prior to launching Maxworks, Mr. Williams was a Task Order Manager and Enterprise Architect at Booz Allen Hamilton. During that time he was the Architecture IPT lead for the U.S. Army's DCGS-A Intel system and Task manager for the U.S Army's NetOps SOA Pilot. Mr. Williams is a Technical Conference Speaker and published author of Opensource Technology / Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) articles.



Laurie Williams, Creative Director



Ms. Williams has over 20 years experience as Creative Director, Art Director and Graphic Designer, creating high quality creative communication for commercial and editorial companies in fashion, accessories, kids, medical, and software industries. Proven ability to develop and protect brand identity in multi-channel environments. Highly evolved creative problem-solving and collaborative skills.
