Engagement Process



Maxworks employs a process for engaging our services that takes the hassle out of acquiring a custom business website.



First, our custom business website projects are contracted on a Fixed Price basis with a defined delivery date. After establishing an agreement for the scope of the project in the beginning of the engagement, a fixed price is determined and a delivery date is set. Any increases to the scope of the project require a proportional increase to the fixed price and delivery date of the website.



Second, client feed back essential to fine tuning the website is captured via incremental deliveries of the website prior to final delivery. That is, at agreed upon project milestones, project work products - such as early versions of the website - shall be presented to the client for review and comment.



Lastly, rather than costly and time consuming status meetings and reports, project progress monitoring is accomplished via Remote Project Monitoring. Clients will have access to the custom website's software development project website which reports up to the minute project progress.
