Maxworks can be contracted on a time and material or fixed price basis to render the following types of services:





Fixed priced contracts for Projects or Initiatives typically include a money back guarantee. That is, for delivery of the first increment of software solution produced by the contracted Project or Initiative, if that increment does not satisfy agreed expectations, the client's retainer shall be returned in-full.
